Payments, shipping and returns

All orders are prepared in strict order of arrival. Depending on the times and volume of orders, we spend 1 to 3 days preparing it. At that moment we put it in the hands of one of the transportation agencies we work with, who deliver within 24 to 72 hours.

All shipments have a tracking number that we provide you by email so that you can track it at all times.

In all orders we include our "samples letter" which includes a personalized message for you and some product samples that we think may interest you.

DELIVERY TIME

Once delivered to the courier, the agency takes between 24 and 48 hours to make the delivery.

There are special dates that may cause your order to be delayed: Christmas, Sales, promotional periods,... We know you understand and we thank you for your understanding and patience on these dates.

SHIPPING TO THE CANARY ISLANDS

Shipments to the Canary Islands may take longer than usual for the Peninsula. This is due to Customs. But don't doubt that we will do everything possible to ensure that you receive it as soon as possible. If the order incurs customs charges, you must pay them to receive the order.
